Chef’sChoice now has available a four piece all metal sausage stuffing kit along with 6 different stainless steel grinding plates (2mm, 3mm, 4.5mm, 6mm, 8mm and 14 mm). The 2mm plate is ideal for creaming spinach or serving up liver pâté. The 3mm plate is suggested when grinding hamburger meat, fish, tartar and mashed potatoes. A 4.5mm plate comes with the grinder and is ideal for everyday multi-purpose use. Use the 6mm grinding plate when working to medium grind sausages or for use with vegetables, fruits and cheese.
