The following optional slicer blades are available for Chef'Choice® electric slicers.

A non-serrated, fine edge blade for ultra-thin slicing of specialty meats such as prosciutto is available for models 610, 620, 625, 630, 632, 640, 645, and 650. (These models come equipped with a serrated blade.)

A serrated blade is available for models 662, 667, and 668. (These models come equipped with a non-serrated blade.)
